Yes, you now can get your Ticket without learning the code, but if you plan on progressing beyond the Technician stage. Here is a page to help you with your learning of the International Morse Code. ARRL WEB LEARN MORSE CODE

Step 4.

If you are having problems with any part of the study materials, e-mail and we can assign an 'Elmer' to you to help you with questions about getting your Amateur License. You can also join the club e-mail list and ask questions on the club's e-mail reflector. E-mail and ask to join the l e-mail list. Then once you are a member of the list simply post your questions there and you should get your questions answered there.

Step 5.
